The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Having such nice weather today. The winds are already picking up here pretty briskly and we are expected to get 4" of rain tonight (how is it we always get weather from both the Gulf and Atlantic hurricanes and Tropical storms?) but that is nothing compared to what others have had to deal with. Our day has been perfect and peaceful. |
My roses look better than they have ever looked. Getting pics cause they will probably get beaten down tonight.
Still have plenty of flowers and herbs blooming and some food out of the garden plot.
Dinner will be very quick cooking and soft so it will give me a bit of extra time for sewing. I started a sew along today online. Don't want to give it up until I have too.
My husband got into the dentist today. I was worried that he wouldn't be able to get in for a few days. Sadly they couldn't save his tooth, but at least they got the pain stopped, even though they created another pain and had to give him pain pills for it. He thought he broke a piece off a tooth last night on something he ate. Bad thing is that he was just eating soft foods at the time from a meat, cheese and cracker tray. The dentist said that the tooth just shattered into lots of tiny particles that he had to pull and dig out. He thinks that there might be one tiny fragment left but he didn't want to go any higher and get into his sinus cavity, which he may have to go to an oral surgeon and have cut out at a later date if it doesn't move to the surface by itself, which they usually do.

1) we don't experience weather like the States does here where I live in Canada. We're very lucky I realize |
2) team teaching twice today - I'm teaching with Chrissy in her class this morning and Amanda is coming to teach with me in my class tonight. Always fun to teach with another instructor - and especially these two!
3) supposed to be sunny and warm both tomorrow and Tuesday so I'm looking forward to some time in the back yard reading / learning new Body Pump
4) being able to refill prescription by phone - takes seconds to enter
5) nap time this afternoon - didn't sleep well last night so looking forward to it

Parking space - does that mean you're still able to drive, Shirley? If so, that's WONDERFUL to hear! I just love hearing about your new home and how convenient it is for you!|
