The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
A truly Blessed Easter. I have so much to be thankful for.

Glad your day was so nice. My parents were AZ snowbirds. Transition time was always bittersweet. They ended up living there full time after a few years.
Love the 'more than enough.' It's something often said here...have to remind myself that I have more than, probably, 85% of the world!
Thank you, Paula.....

Used my new lawn mower and discovered that, yes, I can mow my yard. I only did the back which is very big. My front is mostly moss. The next part is to do the big side yard. I was going to do it this morning before work because it's supposed to rain all next weekend but I'm just not feeling it.
My neighbor's dog, Duke. He's named (and looks like) the big red dog in the bean commercials. They live behind me. Fences and a narrow easement separates our yards. He was so excited when I first moved in. I had 3 hounds then: Katie, Walter and Charlotte. Katie and Charlotte were intrigued with him. He would greet them with a leg-up pee. Fortunately, he didn't have the power to reach those silly girls. Anyway, Doug and Judy (and other dog walkers from their street) cut through my side yard and they were crossing when I was mowing. I hadn't seen Duke up close for awhile and I could see how old and sick he was. They told me they were taking him on his last walk because he was crossing the bridge tomorrow. The three of stood there are cried. Katie, Walter, and Charlotte are all gone, too. Gratitude is for the memories and for having the chance to say goodbye.
Having Mondays off. If the job comes through, won't have them.
Cut back the rest of my plants yesterday. Looks neat and ready for new growth. Forsythia and azaleas are growing wild which is how I like them but they do need a little shaping like when a spear or two is +2 feet taller than the rest of the shrub.
Notre Dame Women won the NCAA title!!!!! Great comeback! I stopped watching the game because they were so far behind in the first half. Could have kicked myself when I saw that they had won. Not a huge bb fan or anything but since two of my step-sons graduated from there and we lived in South Bend for several years, it was rooting for the home team.

too many furkids passing over the rainbow bridge. It makes me sad for all of you, too.
