The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

F - too much although all "keto" choices |
E - none
W - not much
D - poor but moreso because of being in constant pain for almost 7 months now and no clear sign of that changing. Completely overwhelmed
I don't think I 'got' how much pain you are in

Is it that place on you side or your arm? All of the above? I know pain is no fun especially when it gets in the way of doing what you want to do or, at least, making it less enjoyable because it hurts to do it. |
I feel like I am sort of held together with cortisone and chiropractic. Pain medicines make me depressed and groggy and muscle relaxers just make me sleepy and depressed. Sometimes, for temporary relief, I'll wear one of the 'Salon Pas' things or use the BioFreeze my chiro sells. I have a TENS Unit that can also give temporary relief but can't attach the wires where I need them all by myself.
With all I've got going on, I know I'll always have pain but do what I can to make it manageable. I hope you can find something(s) that takes it all away. Love you, ttk

I have my knee of course which should be replaced by the end of the year. I wear a brace but there's always pain there. Cortisone shot last fall did nothing. |
The lapband port site is sore / uncomfortable every night. I have an appointment May 31. He has tried a cortisone shot but that did nothing at all. I am hoping his next step will be to talk about it coming out. He said inflammation in the site is rare after this long a time. I hate to drive all the way to Moncton but gotta do what I gotta do.
Both arms have been tingly / achey since September. I wonder if it could be related to lap band inflammation since they happened around the same time? Doc says postural, maybe a pinched nerve but I've had 13 chiro and my 5th physio is today. Also dealing with a bum shoulder - probably tendonitis.
On the computer and teaching too much for either to heal - or all of them - but that's part of my life.
Like you, have tried about everything - Toradol, Celebrex, Tylenol, acupuncture, massage, heat, ice, TENS machine, Salon Pas almost daily, can't afford Biofreeze but other mentholatums.
Thanks for caring Paula - it's ongoing but lately I'm just getting so tired of the pain that I can't handle it. There HAS TO BE something to help me!
Yes, there has to be.

I know that being on the computer too much makes my shoulder and back ribs hurt way more. I try to stay off but it is hard.|

They told me the same but I told them I've been on a computer 30 years so why suddenly is it so bad. Frustrating. |
I am so sorry that ...

You have been in pain this long! That is terrible my friend. Hoping they can figure out what is causing this and get it taken care of!|

I'm having a really down day about it - hopefully the doc can get me some help this Thursday. |
