Hey ladies- I am a firm believer in doing FEWD each day and have done so for the past 2+ years pretty faithfully and believe that it is a major key to my weight loss! I think Krista would agree that putting it out there each night - good, bad, or somewhere in between helps her as well! It allows us to put it down no matter what and MOVE ON! |
I invite/challenge you to join us and do the same thing! Remember it takes 2 weeks of doing something before it becomes a habit, so if it seems strange at first, thatís okay! Give us a month and see if it helps you on your journey. I know it helps me be accountable, which is BIG!
You can post in the evening - or the next day! There is no right or wrong! You can put a (+) or a (-) or put an A, B, C, type of grading scale, or good, ok, need work, WHATEVER YOU WANT! This is for YOU!
I hope to see more of you on here with us trying this out! I usually post my FEWD later in the evening before bed, because I want it to reflect my steps, but I will try to get in here earlier for those of you that might want to post it earlier- or feel free to start the post for us!!
