The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Anticipating clean fresh sheets tonight as they are in the laundry. |
That our community has recycling. We hardly have any "trash". It's good to know that we are not filling a landfill.
Boys that make themselves breakfast then put the dishes in the dishwasher away without being told to.
Menus. If I just make what the boys like I will end up a whale but they won't be happy with only WW meals. A menu for the week sorts that out before the problems start.
A good sleep and dreams last night. I rarely get into REM sleep long enough to dream so it is always good to wake up knowing I was dreaming, even if I can't remember the dream.

Group went really well! |
Working on WWs again
Fun playing with my new car
Remembering that I'm good at what I do
Doc is open to my ideas
Can't tell you how happy it makes me

to hear you say that you are remembering how good you are at what you do. I can tell by the reaction you get that you are great at what you do so it is nice that whatever was weighing you down is leaving you and you can remember it again. You are sounding so much like the Paula that was here when I first came here again. It's so good to hear that. |

ending up in your backyard for a gathering and sporting wings sounds interesting. I just know there is a story in there somewhere. |

1. A job I love to go to this morning. Being off a week was great, but back to work I go! |
2. Being off the past week. It has been great.
3. The rain that fell overnight. Not sure how much we got, but there is water standing in my backyard, so it was quite a bit. The farmers will be happy!
4. That dreams are just dreams. Sometimes I have some really strange ones!
5. This day and all it has to offer!
It is so nice hearing

about someone who loves their job and it is such a valuable one to others. Don't you wonder what prompts strange dreams? I don't dream often these days but when I was having dreams that I could remember they were always weird things that would never happen in real life. I always wondered what would prompt that. |
Glad you enjoyed your week!

Had a great time yesterday with the kids and grands. They're so good to us. |
A beautiful morning. The heavy clouds have moved out, and it's sunny with a beautiful blue skey.
Our mail is still not being forwarded from Vegas like it should be. Hoping to get that cleared up today.
Great friends and neighbors. They're so thoughtful.
I love hearing

about your time with the kids. Sounds like you have a great relationship|

1) doc appointment is tomorrow - finally. My arm / shoulder have been killing me so I need to know if this can be resolved and how |
2) one month from today the lapband comes out
3) team teaching Body Pump class with Chrissy this morning (we get 35-40 people) and with Chris tonight (15-20 people). So much fun teaching with two!
4) Salon Pas patches with mentholatum like cream "built in". Sometimes they do help my shoulder pain. Snapping one on right now!
5) our little family here at FSF - I cherish our friendships
Hopefully you will

be able to get across to your doctor how much pain you are in. A list of some of the things that you have tried that have not given even the least bit of relief should give him some idea, but if it doesn't get dramatic or something. |
Trust me I'm very dramatic

He knows how dire this is I won't leave there tomorrow without more concrete steps. Last appointment he gave me the Lyrica and the MRI referral and the referral to the pain doctor so he's in the loop. I'm very vocal |

I bet you are relieved to have the band out. So happy for you and glad those work for you. My shoulders have been killing me since I tried a memory foam bed. I had John put it in the spare bedroom last night 😥. It's so hard with back problems and Lupus to get comfortable|

lots of hugs and love. I know that situation is hurtful to both of you (been there). I am sure that you didn't let her down in a spiteful way, it just doesn't sound like you. Whatever the situation I hope that you both are able to heal and hopefully reconnect in the future. |

I pray that things get better between the two of you. This is a sad situation I know|

I so hope things improve between the two of you. My sister and I have a strained relationship right now. I miss the way things were!|
