The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Even though the scale is sliding down very slowly, it is sliding down and I am eating in a normal way, not going through deprivation. I'll take it. |
Got another 100 ears of corn in the freezer this morning. This time I cut it into cream style. We have twelve meals worth of it to take us through winter. I'm trying to keep track of how many we are freezing of everything so that I can know how often to have it in the menu. I think it will make menu planning so much easier.
The boys went to the office with Mom and Gran after lunch so I have the afternoon to enjoy the quiet. I have a few more things to do around the house then I get to sit down for an hour or so and read.
Dinner is already prepared.
It has been cooler in the mornings for the past few days thanks to the front that moved through and brought us some much-needed rains.

for turning that binge around! You are racking up several victories over the binge monster lately. Go, Beverly!!! |
I hate that you keep hurting other parts because some are hurt. Know what you mean though. Going through similar right now. Our backs and legs sure get out of alignment when they aren't balanced. Hope all your pieces and parts are in great working order soon and stop hurting you.

some reading recommendations from you. I have done more editing/beta reading for people on the writing site lately that I haven't read a lot of mainstream things. |
You and Ray are so good for each other.

thought of you having a little dog to keep you company but would be afraid that it would be a fall hazard. Are there places in the area that bring animals to people to be petted on a regular basis? There are several places around here that do that. They go to nursing homes, senior centers, and some individual homes. |
