The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Getting up knowing that the soccer team is out and I didn't have to rush to the news first thing. |
My mouth is feeling better this morning. I had a bit of reaction to the glue that they used to put a crown back on yesterday. My mouth was a mess last night, rash and swelling. Ate frozen grapes and that seemed to do the trick.
Speaking of frozen grapes just gotta throw them in here today. They are the perfect summer treat. I love Cotton Candy and Moondrops grapes especially, but any grapes frozen is like having ice pops without the guilt.
The new cutting ruler I got for quilting is reducing the steps to square up the sections in the quilt I am doing from six steps into two. I am so glad that I found it. I have been dragging my feet on this quilt because it made my back and shoulders hurt so much. I have only gotten three blocks finished so far. This should kick it into gear.
Son should have a totally new and updated curb appeal by this time next week. Husband has been driving over every day this week helping him. They have put in all new windows, replaced the dated siding, and they will be painting brickwork to compliment the new siding. It looks like a totally different house. He has already torn out the old uneven landscaping and will have new landscaping done after the painting is finished. They will have to stop and ask directions to find their home it will be so different and pretty.

Iím missing all of my FSF sisters this morning! Come out and play! |
1. That first cup of coffee in the morning!
2. Being able to sleep in my bed again and get up without back pain in the morning!
3. Being able to help out a friend whose car broke down. It feels good to help out!
4. My consumer that applied for the laundry position in a nursing home in the town she lives in - got the job! She will now be 5-10 minutes from work instead of 25 minutes!
5. This day and all it has to offer!
