The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

A gorgeous sunset yesterday. |
That smell when a new can of coffee is opened.
Walking into most of the hospitals around here the first smell that we are flooded with is coffee instead of disinfectant. Starbucks has set up near the front door/lobby area in hospitals now. That strong disinfectant smell slamming into me at the front door always set my nerves jangling when I walked in. Now I can gradually get used to it so that it doesn't bother me quite as much.
My husband got his truck repaired yesterday. It was a quick, easy and relatively inexpensive problem.
The two youngest boys are each making their mothers quilts for Christmas and it was their idea. They are both so excited and with reason. It will mean so much to both mothers.

The lake is so pretty this morning....so calm and still....with a little fog lifting off the water. Even the water fowl are quiet.... |
We both visited the deratologist yesterday....and things seem to be OK for both of us. She did a biopsy on a new spot on my right shoulder....will hear results in about 7-10 days.
Go for my annual mammogram tomorrow....a little nervous over than but hoping for the best. This always makes my anxiety super high.....
My coffee is soooo yummy this morning!!
The lake and coffee sound wonderful

5) that I only need day surgery(1 HOUR) when the time comes for my shoulder and not a replacement.
6) pain gone from side where lapband was
