The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

They are our 'go-to' person. |
We were first in someone's life.
I don't have kids so there wasn't even a close second. It does and will get better.
Not crazy at all

my heart hurts for you when you talk about missing rich. Grateful you had all those moments together through the years but i know it makes it harder to live without it now. i talk to my dad and mom and believe they hear me. hoping time will heal the hurt and grief you are experiencing, dear friend. until then, you are not alone. we love you. |

Sorry to hijack your post to Paula, but I firmly believe that our loved ones never truly leave us. Yes, they arenít physically here anymore, but they live on in our hearts. I talk to my mom all the time, and I believe she hears me. I believe Rich can hear you too, so go ahead and tell him those things! By the way we love watching Life Below Zero and noticed that lady cut her hair as well! She is really something, isnít she? |
I so agree, Cindy.....

I talk with my departed loved ones all the time....especially my brother and Bill's dad. I know they're still with us....watching over us. |
Every night at sunset, we go out in the yard and say good-night to Mom & Dad. We've been doing that for over 15 years. It's comforting....soothing....heart-warming.
I do talk to him multiple times every day...

I even joke that he probably says why don't you go take a nap so he gets a break from my blabbing. |
Still. it is just not the same sorry to say.
I came home to the man for 39 years.
I want to see him and touch him.
I just can't help it.
But I know that wont happen so I just keep
