The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Turned the heat on for the first time this morning. I refuse to be cold in my own house! lol As a child, I promised myself I'd never be cold or hungry when I "got big". And, I make sure I'm not.... |
It's Saturday -- College Football all day long.
Making taco for dinner......haven't had them in quite a while....YUM.
Our quiet neighborhood. Other than a dog barking or someone's music, you rarely hear anything....day or night. I enjoy the peacefulness.
Having more than enough . . I'm grateful.
I am so cheap and with Rich gone..

I have this great little heater my sister got me at Aldis last year for about $8. |
My bedroom has my bed, computer, tv and exercise bike. if my little heater is on high and the door is closed the room will get too hot.
When I leave the room to go to the bathroom or
or the kitchen it can be a rude awakening.. the
rest of the house is 60 degrees.
maybe this will keep me from going to the kitchen too much HA!
We have a small space heater

that we use in the garage during the cold weather. We call it Bill's "Man Cave" and spend a lot of time there....watching football on the big screen TV. It works quite well.|

It's the weekend...live for them |
Began working on my photo book from my trip. I'm using Shutterfly this time because I wasn't happy with how my last one turned out. So many options! So much to learn! Like I said before, I love doing it as long as OCD doesn't kick in.
Charlie is better today. He was really sick yesterday but has a 60% rebound today.
Beautiful Autumn day. The Richmond Marathon is today and the runners run on the cross street at the corner so we can't get out until after 12. A lot of people have driven down the street to get their cars across before it's barricaded but I'm not going anywhere this morning so I'm staying put.
Ortho Tuesday. It is, no pun intended, a total pain to deal with this foot pain! I want to rake some leaves today but don't know how long I can last on my foot.
Slept well last night.

People were happy to have me back and I was happy to be there! Rough on my shoulder but I soldiered on through. Will probably just sub here and there 'til I can get that fixed. Did my spirit good though |
and when you posted you were going to do it

I thought it would be rough on your knee!!! lol.. silly me.. glad you are doing so good|
I chose tracks with no pushups
Posted by Krista on 11/11/2018, 8:55 am, in reply to "and when you posted you were going to do it "
So I didn't have to go down on the knee. That's the only issue with the knee - uncomfortable to go down on it and that's where I do pushups from |

Since Rich passed I don't get the enjoyment from cooking that I did when I cooked for both of us |
when I want something warm I scramble up a few eggs with some cheese and sometimes I even toss in a few cut up
turkey sausages that Ive cooked in the microwave.
I never seem to get sick of eggs : )
