The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

My bed...I love my bed. It's always been my refuge...my safe haven from the world. Even as a young child, I would go to bed to get away from my problems….a place to hide, I guess you'd say |
Hanging out with Bill and Sophie.....my faithful companions.
Staying in touch with family and friends through Facebook.
All the hot and cold water I could want!
My washer/dryer. At the lake, we go to the laundromat. It's great doing laundry right here at the house.
I love my bed,too.

I've had a Sleep Number for years and it's so cozy especially with flannel sheets, a huge comforter, Blake up against my right hip and Gianni under the covers on my left side!|

like a great place to be.....I go to bed early---and get up early. As a kid, I was afraid of the dark (night). Not so much any more....lol|

Jenee asked my old boss what was going on with the hiring process and said she knows I've applied. They told her they are still gathering resumes. So much B.S. In the meantime, the program hasn't taken new patients since I left 6 months ago. They are up to something. The grat is that she asked. |
Weekend is here.
Most of the leaves have fallen so we can get this job done for the year.
My space heater here. The offices are so cold.
WWF tho I play a lot less frequently these days
Is it possible, Paula

that they're planning on doing away with that position/department? You're right, something's in the wind! |
I don't think so.

The department is the Infectious Disease Clinic so that won't be going anywhere. I created the Mental Health Program for that department and it's been a huge success and well-loved by the docs so I can't see them doing away with it. |
Well, that's good to hear.....

Continuing to send positive vibes your way, my friend! Hopefully, you'll receive some good news by year's end...….|
Glad to hear ...

1) one of the management team from Mazda will be calling Ray today. I hope they can have some honest, open discussion. Will they be able to resolve things? I don't know but at least they are talking |
2) ready for my show today and tomorrow at the radio. I like to have "show prep" ready so I can talk about the artists I play. Just adds a little more "interest factor" in my opinion
3) there is only ONE Christmas song per hour so far. I gotta be thankful for that as they'll be going up as the days pass. I really really really don't like them (e.g. HIPPOPOTAMUS for Christmas! Who wants to hear that?!?!?! AHhhhhhhhhhh!)
4) a good night's sleep
5) the fact that I truly DO love being on the day so being Day #22 in a row working here and / or at the gym is a ok with me
I do! -- I do!
