I have had a blue dot every day this week but one when I didn't plan well and got surprised by something having more points than I remembered it having. That day I went over by 4 and had four roll over points from the day before. I haven't used any of my weekly points so far and I have 42 of those since I usually roll over 3-4 points a day that gets tacked on and tomorrow I start over again. E--I am moving more since I can breathe better but I still haven't got a routine. I really need to work on this. W--Lots and lots D--Improving
