The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

hopefully, your pain will at least be managed by meds for a while until they are gone instead of the kind you have now. I love how you and Cindy love your jobs so much. |
Suggestion. I know you won't feel like doing much while you are off your feet. If you don't have a Pinterest set one up now. If you do have one set up a new account. Put WW recipes in the search bar. It also wouldn't hurt to put WW menus into the search bar. Your Pinterest will start being flooded with recipes on WW. Those recipes almost always already have the points on them, just make sure they are SP and not the old ones, though you can keep the recipes that are old points and figure it out later. While you are laid up and bored take a gander at your account occasionally and harvest the recipes that look good to you. Set up individual boards to put them on like breakfast, bread, casseroles, soups, main dishes, side dishes, snacks and whatever will make it easier for you to find things again. You may need an info board because I find a lot of things like grocery store lists with points, coffee creamers, snack foods for low points and other things that come across sometimes. Also, google WW zero point foods and put that on there. If you are thinking of trying WW then you can ease into it by making the recipes and seeing if it might be right for you. If you give it a try you have a whole cookbook already at your fingertips and you staved off boredom while you were recovering. If you decide it's not for you it is as easy as hitting the delete button on the account and you still staved off boredom while you were recovering and got some answers. There is so much information online that people never use.

Beverly's mass isn't malignant. |
If this virus plays true to what everyone else I know that has had it I should be back on the mend after tomorrow.
One thing the virus is good for is that I have lost 16 pounds in 3 days. Yes, I know it will come screaming back when I start eating again and get re-hydrated but it looks good on the scale for right now.
Being able to turn all the heat up while everyone is gone. I'm just cold even when I am not having chills, but I don't want to give everyone else heat stroke.
My son started back to school today for his last semester and he finally got a decent schedule so that he don't have to be on campus most of every day. He is trying to get a PT job in his area of work to get some experience this semester.

Hate to say it but SIGN ME UP!!!!!!!!!!|
No, I don't think you would like this diet
Posted by Delta on 1/15/2019, 3:48 pm, in reply to "16 lbs!"
Stomach virus. I have had it since Saturday but only felt nauseated yesterday. The rest of the time I was eating my points just fine, just paying for it. Lots of exercise too. According to everyone that has had it around here the worst of it lasts for 5 days. It is super dehydrating and I have been drinking a lot until yesterday. |
I fully know that the pounds will flood back on the way the flooded off as I get re-hydrated but I have been losing so slowly for years and gaining so easily I just had to say that for once.
Hope you're feeling better soon, Delta

Eighteen, wow! I have one that turns 18 after the fist next year and I just can hardly wrap my head around it. Seems like yesterday, or only a very few years that I was holding him for the first time and falling in love. |
Happy Birthday to Katie and NIck!

I am glad that your mood is improving. I hope that you are continuing to set your meds out and take them. Seem like they work. I love sales at Talbots. I have got to check to see if they ever put a new one in here. They went out years ago and I have missed them. |
