Was dinner too large because you were hungry or was it for some other reason that had nothing to do with hunger? Some chocolate chips wouldn't be a bad thing on anything but Keto unless you went overboard on them. I kinda get the feeling that you are beating yourself up. If you are you don't deserve that sweet lady. If you are not I apologize.
