The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Between inhalers, Mucinex, sunshine and naps I got to feeling better yesterday afternoon. |
A call to the doctor to see what he wants me to do. Hopefully, they will get back to me soon.
Bundled up and went out for a few minutes to watch the Super Blood Wolf Moon eclipse last night just as it was getting total while the kids were out there watching. They were excited to see that and I thought it was pretty.
Hot coffee and tea.
More sunshine today.

hospice don't forget the family. Ours kept up with us for over a year after losing our granddaughter, yes, even the grandparents because they said we had been such a part of her care so were very close to her too. I am glad that yours is checking in too. |
I'm glad that you got good sleep last night.

She would have been 16 on Valentines day this year. She was born with an inoperable heart condition and only lived less than 6 months. She was in hospice all her life. |

1) final day of work before surgery tomorrow |
2) Ray will drive me to work. (Icy here - we got 10-15cm of snow and then 40+mm of rain)
3) Ray and I are getting back on track today together. We got weighed this morning.
4) 2 queen beds in our house. We'll be sleeping in seperate beds as I'll need our bed head elevated for the next 6 weeks. Thankful I don't have to sleep in a lazyboy!
5) PRAYING that this surgery will get my life back on track - or at least be the STRONG PUSH I need
