The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Leaving this afternoon for two nights in New Hampshire with my sisters for a quick get away. I so enjoy my time with them. They are my two siblings and so wonderful I just can't tell you.
Had an ice storm recently but I didn't lose power ..grateful for that.
Been helping out when I can sitting the grandkids. I am glad I am still young and strong enough to stay with all 5 when they need it.
All of you..its so nice to have a little window into your lives..its obvious you are a group of good, loving, helpful and caring people....I love it.

Despite all the anger, hatred and confusion in our world today, there are still many, many kind, caring folks willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. I'm grateful for those kind people....knowing they care. |
Easy meals....I'm tired of cooking right now. I like the convenience of bacon & eggs, soup & sandwiches, etc. I used to love to cook.....not so much any more.
So many genuinely nice people in my life. I think one of the nicest things you can say about someone is the he or she is a "good" person. I'd like to think my friends and family say/think that about me.
Coming to this group each morning and reading what's happening in the lives of my "FSF" group.
Having more than enough - - -

That I am sitting here not getting ready for work! Unfortunately, I am sitting here waiting to leave for an 8:45 dental appt! |
Work gave me a nice luncheon yesterday. There were some people who were actually sad though they all encouraged me to get out of there. It felt bittersweet as I like a lot of the people I worked with there.
Best part of yesterday was what a patient did. I was leading the 12:30 Moms in Recovery group when the door opened and a man who has come to a lot of my groups stuck his head in. He said, "Ladies, I don't mean to interrupt but can I talk to her a minute?" I went to the door. He had brought some of his family in to meet me and to say goodbye. I was touched beyond belief. Guess I did some good.
Nice dinner out last night with Aisha and Patti
Off until I leave for work on Monday to my next adventure.
That Krista came through her surgery so well!
