The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

1. The weekend with Ken. Love spending time with him. |
2. Catching up on some of my shows this weekend.
3. My best friend Kim. She is such a wonderful person. So proud to call her my friend.
4. The willingness to continue on my weight loss journey even when the number on the scale goes the wrong direction.
5. All of you supportive ladies on here. Love you all.

drawing today where there was a lady that was saying, "I'm going to do something new with my life this year, I'm not going to quit when things get hard." |
It reminded me of you and this journey you have been on through WW. I need that on a plaque for my wall.
I like that saying! ...

Warm enough to have the windows open yesterday. |
Got a little movement working outside a bit yesterday. Loved it. I can tell how out of shape I am though because I am so sore all over today.
Having steristrips and betadine on hand. Managed to cut a large, deep gash in the side of my hand. The strips held it together so no ER run for stitches. It's looking good today. Also that my tetanus shot is current.
Pinterest. I find so many recipes there.
In the 70sF again today. A nice respite from the cold before we have a possibility for snow later this week.

Have you ever heard of the site The Pound Dropper? It has some wonderful recipes for WW. She sends out a recipe every day or so, plus you can just get them on her site as well!|
Yea, I have used several

of her recipes. Have you heard of SkinnyTaste? She has a blog as well as a FB page. Her recipes are wonderful, too. I also still use a lot of Hungry Girl recipes. I have managed to find WW versions of most of the foods that my family was already eating. I made tacos Saturday night. My daughter said her boys wouldn't eat the ground turkey so I just made me some and them some ground beef. Guess which one was empty? I barely got one. They loved it. No more hamburger around here. |

Seeing the pic from Krista's wedding. I forgot all about being able to upload pics from Photo Bucket on here. I haven't put pics there in ages and always messed it up a bunch of times before I could actually get them on! |
Good first week. Looking forward to knowing what I'm doing and getting out in the field on my own.
Went out to dinner with my sister last night. Good catching up.
Charlie and I took a long walk (for him) this morning. Mid-30s but sunny and it's always nice to see him walking more and enjoying it. I love the weekends when I have more time with all of them.
Slept until almost 8 yesterday and today. Unheard of!
