Alexander Hopkins b1780

I am interested in any info on Alexander Hopkins born 1780 in Richmond VA, then in Burke Co NC, then in Garrard Co Ky in 1820's, then to Laurel Co KY where he died in 1851. In his War of 1912 pension papers, he indicated that he lived in Garrard Co Ky. It would have been between 1820-30. His wife was Margaret Jackson, daughter of Edward Jackson and granddaughter of Nathan Jackson of Burke Co NC. Any info on Hopkins, Jacksons during this time frame would be appreciated. Shirley
