GIS# 1918 Looking for a home since 4/3/08 Iguana name: Charlie Iguana age: 6 yrs. SVL: 19 in. STL: 40 in. Gender: Unknown Reason for new needing a new home: I will be in Japan and he is too big for my daughter and wife to handle anymore. Diet: Collard greens, massive amounts of wild dandelion greens, mustard greens,bananas, apples, occasional kale. Habitat and living conditions: Large wooden cage with log and UV light and oil-filled space heater underneath cage. Temperament: Normally calm (unless shedding, then he is aggravated easily), does not like to be held but likes to be massaged and petted daily. Likes to walk around the house, but doesn't like to be picked up to go back in cage. Likes warm bath. Handling: Moderate. I carry him outside for direct sunlight, but he has never gotten used to being held. House broken: Yes House breaking details: Same area of cage or bathtub. He almost always "goes" in a warm tub.
