Bermuda GIS# 1936 Woodbridge, Virginia Looking for a home since 6/13/08 Iguana age: 8 SVL: 15" STL: 30" Gender: Male Reason for new needing a new home: I just recieved a huge blow financially and think that instead of cutting them back to bare necessites I'd rather find them a loving home. Vet care and health history: He's seen the vet a few times, mostly for annual check-ups and to deworm for intestinal parasites. He's a healthy boy! Diet: Many different greens and veggies, such as collard, dandelion, mustard greens, watercress, sweet potato, different squashes, etc. Also Repcal iguana pellets are mixed in or feed separately for him to snack on. Habitat and living conditions: I've got him in a 6' 2' 2' reptarium with lots of climbing branches. He's got a PowerSun bulb for his heat/full spectrum lighting. Temperament: Bermuda can be petted, but freaks out when he's being picked up. He has bitten me before (but this is NOT the reason I'm looking for a new home), and will start hissing if he feels threatened or you move too quickly. Handling: Not a whole lot, mostly he does get petted and talked to, but I don't usually pick him up. House broken: No Anything included with iguana: yes Included with iguana: You tell me what you need and I'll include it with the iguana. I want him to go to a loving home and have everthing he needs. Willing to ship iguana: no Willing to pay for shipping: no Other information: I really don't want to give him up but feel it's better for him. I'm willing to drive very long distances with him if neccesary, and I believe he needs an experienced new owner. He CAN be trained to be handled, I just haven't had the time.
