please can anyone help the only infomation i have is his name michael blackshaw he lived in southend on sea between 1964-1966 he had at the time 2 sisters one was margaret the other i beleive was penny and he worked on a building site as possibly a hodcarrier and he had family that lived in a big house in the leicester area please help thank you
