LOOKING FOR PENNY HUMPHREYS

I'me desperatly trying to find Penny Humphreys who is my half sister, we have the same biological father. Penny was born in Paddington west london,and then moved to bushey in the mid sixties, Penny would be about 50yrs of age now, fathers name is George James Humphreys, (always known as Jim), mothers name Pat,Penny also has a Half brother called David. Any help would be appreciated.
