Missing Sister

I'm looking for my sister. Her name is Terri Culpepper. Her maiden name is Taylor. She will be 40 years old on October 10th. She was last seen with her family in Virgina Beach the day after Easter Sunday of 2001.
She has blonde hair. Stands about 5 foot 3.
Hazel eyes and has one lazy eye.
She has lived in Richmond, Fredricksburg and the Washington areas in the best. She is divored and the mother of an 18 year old daughter. If anyone knows anything, please contact me. I miss my sister. My name is Tammy. I'm her only siblin.
