After a couple of months to a year of going through this change, I managed very well with it and got back to myself and being able to live normally again.
For the past 3-4 month now I have been experiencing terrible stomach aches/ pain out of nowhere, every time I eat or just randomly during the day, every day. I went to see a specialist (who was not my usual specialist as he was away) and he was not helpful at all but anyway we managed to discuss what was happening and he said I have IBS, which I could have come up with that myself.
He didn't really give me any advice to help it or fix my stomach so that's why I have come here to seek help!
My question is; can anyone give me advice on what you think is the best foods/meals/drinks etc to take/have to help me not get pain every day? I hate that I can't go out anywhere anymore to eat because I'm afraid of getting pain and not being able to eat my food.
This is very urgent because I'm already not at the healthy weight I should be for my age and height (50kg) my healthy weight should be a minimum of 55kg. I also have a high metabolism so I really struggle to gain weight easily, so If there is anything high in fat that you can recommend and something to help me put on weight I would very much appreciate it!
I would really love to just be able to live a normal life as much as I can and be able to search for a full-time job, as I can't commit to anything right now while I get pain every day.
