I keep hearing about pasta salads but don'tklnow how to make them, or what to serve them - I'm talking about cold mixtures to eat with lettuce and tomatoes etc - not 'bakes' which I shall ask about later.
So I have my pan of GF pasts, nicely 'al dente' (see I've learned a bit) and I have a plate of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers etc, also some raw onions, some mayonnaise. That do I do now?
A spoonful of pasta, onion and mayo seems a little boring - oerhaps a bit of red pepper will cheer it up - some salt and pepper -
and then what?
Honestly I didn't even see pasta till I was in my 30s.
