I'm in a similar position. Two months ago I cut out gluten for three weeks, felt great immediately. Over then last six weeks I've tested bread, beer, pasta in isokation. All got a reaction. I've noticed each time I go back to gluten the effects get worse.
Which is the issue, my doctor says I need to go back on gluten for three weeks before the test. Which I'm not prepared to do.
