Baking GF Bread

My first GF loaf was a brick! I think everyone needs (kneads...
to bake a brick, and then they can move on to GF baking.
There are some excellent bread mixes available which require the addition of just water, or water plus some oil to make basic breads. It is then possible to use the basic mix and make fruit breads, foccacia, baguettes, etc.
