Should I contact the restaurant?

Hello all. I visited the Chichester Festival Theatre for dinner and a show on Wednesday. Saw online that the restaurant had GF items marked and told our waitress that I had CD and checked the items I had chosen were GF. The meal was delicious.
Just as the interval ended I knew I had been glutened - the severe stomach pain, temperature and later diarrhoea was the worst I have experienced. It continued the next day but I now feel fine.
Do you think I should contact the restaurant? What should I say, and would it do any good? I'm not really after an apology but would hate anyone else to suffer, and I really don't want to eat there again. (Actually it's made me really nervous about eating on our holiday next week)
