I find it sooo very difficult to complain, but I think Jocelyn's way is a good one - by suggesting that a supplier may have changed ingredients you don't come across as accusative or trouble making. Also your assurance that you were/nt after compensation makes you sound less aggressive.
I'm glad someone else has early warning symptoms as I've been told time and time again that it takes 4 - 6 hours for food to pass far enough to give discomfort, and this just isn't so.
