You say (quote) 'i need to start 100% sticking to it' which I take it means you have NOT being sticking to it? Why?
If you have CD its suicidal to eat any gluten at all - ever, ever again, as far as you're concerned - its poison, even a crumb. Haven't you been told this?
Please get in touch with the Coeliac Society who will be able to help you with healthy eating.
I can't really be bothered to cook for myself and often use convenience food. Some ready-meals from supermarkets are suitable for coeliacs (read the labels) for instance Morrison's Chicken in bacon and Fish with Cheese - and if you have an Iceland shop near you, they do Slimming World meals and many of them are gluten-free, again you have to read those daHm labels. They also deliver for free if you spend £30 online which saves time.
You only have to read the labels - the allergens are listed in BOLD (and even I can see them without glasses at age 78.)
I assume you've been told to cut out (not merely avoid) wheat, barley, rye, oats???? So no Kellogs cornflakes for breakfast, and no mouthfuls of Baby's breakfast cereal when there's some left toddler's meals often have a lot of gluten in them ... chuck leftovers in the bin (or the dog).
Have you seen a dietician or nutritionist? If not, please ask - they may seem boring, banging on about protein and vitamins and such, but they do have a lot of good advice in amongst it.
People on here will give you websites to see and other helpful advice and many of us are trying to lose weight too - you are not alone.
You'll get there, and never look back!
