I had a pretty normal diet including glutinous foods like bread, cakes and pasta. I also ate plenty fresh foods as well. I am not certain that I ate LOTS of gluten, but it was definitely an integral part of my diet. I have been gluten free for a week and have seen an improvement. I have not been nauseous or sick once in that time. It is early days but things seem to indicate that I have an intolerance. If this continues for a month, I am going to assume that this is the case.
