Realistically coeliac like yourself have to reach out to a much wider audience than this site when you see how few people read the messages it is a fraction of the coeliac population. Suzy's original post has been read by 0.3% of diagnosed coeliac and the majority of you are all in agreement. Where as the Daily Mail has put the boot in to a lot more readers with their £40 gf pizza twaddle.
I try to see things pragmatically and going back to J, Cave and Genius at Tesco's, most large Tesco's have a pharmacy so a coeliac could get a loaf at the pharmacy costing the NHS £1.00 more than an individual can buy it from their free from section. So the crux of this is that the coeliac recipient is not in control of how much their prescription actually costs.
