Hi Lorraine, sounds exactly like my experience, some 25 years ago now. I went to the docs complaining of feeling tired all the time, he sent me to hospital for a test which he had back by lunch time and I was in hospital by the afternoon having a blood transfusion. Said my blood count meant that I should be barely able to stand let alone going to work etc.
All I can say is that once you have been diagnosed and on a GF diet (if it is coeliac) then you will quickly feel much better. Add to that the fact that GF food is much more readily available than when I was diagnosed, and more widely understood. Good luck.
