yes ulcers used to be dreadful all my life prior to being diagnosed and now being strictly gluten free i never get them so only fools would carry on eating gluten once really established medically that they are coeliacs...i admit when first diagnosed i was finding it a bit hard to say goodbye to some of my favourite foods but now it is easier as many things are gluten free once you know whats what and what are no nos,and also find some gluten free foods, which are quite nice after all, look on it as an adventure into eating to feel well and better, it's worth being good if you are diagnosed with coeliac disease
