Son is doing this in addition to GF/WF at the moment - under the direction of a specialist dietitian. Apparently there arent enough specialist coeliac dietitions, at least here in Wales. Have been dealing with it for about 4 months now. Took a long time for the symptoms to subside on the really restrictive diet, but Christmas didn't help.
You really need to be syptom free before trying to identify the affecting foods and carefully add them back in. Supervision of a dietitian helps with this as it can be really difficult.
Its the worst diet we've had to deal with so far - and had to do the caveman diet when he was a toddler, which is also very restrictive.
