I found it useful to contact the manufacturers of gluten free foods as they often send free samples. I also joined Coeliac UK as they have information thatís useful. They also have a phone helpline for any queries.
You should be offered an appointment with a dietitian to help you sort your diet. Also, if youíre lucky enough to live in an area where you can obtain gluten free food on prescription that would be helpful.
Iím afraid you just have to get used to reading all the labels on foodstuffs!
