Re: Daft newbie question
all the best, you are not alone, we all hated being told ,but many gluten free things are ordinary foods, and you can eat chocolate Aldi do some lovely gluten free chocolates and gluten free chips champion steak size are gluten free, romeo chocolate bars are gluten free, and the large bags of chocolate milk buttons are very nice and good value for money.frozen veg is gluten free and the icecreams are mainly gluten free too.any way if i can manage i am very sure any one else can, best to carry some of your favourite gluten free sweets in bag or hand bag so you can have something with a tea or a coffee if there is nothing to eat in some places ....i do that as hate eating out, anyways besides, not keen on the cooking,or the prices of eating out, would rather feed myself than be fed out ...but that is just me, and so far so good, and i been doing this malarky for a lot of years now, and it got much easier, and even fun with time ...i always make sure i have chocolate, ha ha... to carry around for the munchies..all the very best ....take care its not so bad,, really are some cool things we can eat too, its a bit like a treasure hunt, finding the best goodies, but when you do,make notes of where to get what, and soon you will be laughing again.
