I take vit D supplements have done on the advice of dietitian for the last 2 years. The elimination of foods is know by the dietitian and my GP. I have been back to my GP practice seen different ones but basically they all say the same I am under the dietitians care for CD if she feels I need to see a gastroenterologist again she will refer me. Hence the reason I am trying milk free now rather than wait another 5 months until my next appointment. If I could get a lactose intolerance test it would be much simpler but I canít. Apparently itís not common for Coeliacís to become lactose intolerant this far into the diet itís usually right at diagnosis.
