I have just received an email with a survey from CUK. One of the questions was
Researchers are currently developing a home test kit which would allow you to test your urine or faeces/stools to see if you have eaten gluten.
Early results show that gluten can be detected in the urine between 4 - 48 hours after eating gluten. For faeces/stools, gluten can be detected 2 - 6 days after eating gluten.
Just wondering when they will be available as I havent heard of this before
