When posting messages that contain useful information please only use smilies at the start and end of the message to make it easier to copy it to the supplementary board. It is even more helpful if you post a copy of useful information on the supp board yourself.
I have a problem with alcohol in general, we used to have wine with our meals on a regular basis, I now find if I drink one cider too quickly it makes me have a bad head, with one glass of wine its sometimes terrible symptoms, migraine and sickness, eyeache and generally feeling terrible for 4 days. We tend to have mainly bought new world wines, Australian and USA ones, At the weekend I tried one glass of red from Aldi which was French Malbec and had no issues. I tend to be ok when in Europe as well drinking local Greek wine so I am wondering whether its something in the Aussie wine that mimics gluten and I react to it.
