gf Christmas food? Posted by Bobby S on 21/11/2023, 22:50:55 Has anyone seen any interesting gf Christmas food yet? So far there seem to be plenty of mince pies and Christmas puddings but not much else. I haven't even seen a Christmas cake, just tiny fruit cake slices.

You might also consider making your own using gluten-free flour blends.

Either have 6 large or 12 small sausage rolls. Only need to remove the skin, roll them up, egg wash and bake. Perfect every time! I usually make a gf Christmas cake but I’ve bought a Panettone (?) from an Italian store on eBay. As it seems to retail for £30 on a high end food suppliers website, hopefully I’ve got a bargain.
