I get a bit carried away in my loathing about all the hypocracy going on about art.
Some years ago , a friend and I went to an exhebition.
We were pretty 'happy' if you get my meaning, and the exhebition was awful. Just a lot of stuffed animals the artist had put paint on.
My friend showed me a seagull, and said: 'Look at this one, it is really old, it is almost falling apart!' And then he poked it, and it's beak fell off!
We panicked and tried to put the beak back on, but we couldn't. Then my friend put a cigarret in the hole where the beak had been, and i but the beak on the end of the cigarret, so now the seagull had a cigarret sticking out of it's head, and it's beak on the end of the cigarret, and we made haste sneaking out.
Next day there was a review of the exhebition in the paper, and the reveiwer went all overboard about that piece with the seagull and the cigarret, putting all kind of symbolisms into it. There where even a picture of it. With cigarret and all.
It makes you wonder, doesn't it?

: Hi Tass !
: You are right when you say that the
: important for you is what you feel when you
: see or when you are near a painting, and not
: the text or other "decorations"
: elements. It is the same for me, and also it
: is my approach of painting. I make
: instinctive paintings, I try to let my
: unconsciousness speak. So I don't prepare
: any concept or text before I paint.
