I didn't quite get this. The first example with the coven speaks for it self, though I don't see anything in that quote, that says it is a 'gothic coven'. The last part, that about gothic/goth, I couldn't find out, which of it is your opinion and which are quotes. Is it your point, that there are two subcultures, a gothic one and a goth one? Clarify and elaborate, please.
