Heh! I couldn't find out if our friend here told us all this because she thinks that we are not goths, or because she wanted an opinion on what she wrote on her own site.
I admire you for having the means to take up the discussion. I think a main reason, this board has all but died out, is that we are all fed up with the 'what is goth and what is not' discussion. Few have done a better job explaining goth to people outside the culture than Alicia anyway.
Though the site badly needs an update.
Not the least on the goth/ emo subject. It seems like especially in US, the two are confused with each other, or seen as parts of the same subculture. I would really like if it was clarified that they are NOT.
