    Must of been awhile ago, I don't even recall typeing that XD
    I read over what I wrote, duno what the hell I was thinking it sounds so crazy.
    I thought I mentioned that it was started by the banchies(I only gave 1 example, though I know there were more, as you stated).
    I kind of figured that Gothic was ment to insult the Gothic Cathedrals(I thought I typed that too along with that other thing I typed),, I kinda had to figure that out on my own though,some one told me it was used in the term as "enlighting", which doesn't really make any sense that it would be used as an insult & then some how be used as a complament. As for the "5 gothic compnents" I doubt I"m the only 1 who thinks that, just probably the only 1 who puts it that way to shorten it up. The 5 asthetics that created what it is now from the literature on, the lituerature, art, music, style, & sometimes make- up. I admit I probably shouldn't labile them components, that does sound dumb. A for what I said first off, like I said, I don't remember, I was probably in one of my dumbfounded "oh so smart" moods, if you know what I mean(i think I may be bipolor). However, it is hard to find a relabile reource online. A good percentage are either written by ppl who aren't even Goth or would be ones who claim to worship Satan. Not that this site does. I've scanned over it a bit, it seems like a reliable source, well formed, so I don't know what I was thinking when I commented that. My apology.
