It depends on teh type, there are tablets, injectable, you can give the injectable orally, or make an oral suspension. We routinely dispense it as an oral suspecsion which needs to be refrigerated, where the others don't. Your vet should have told you when they dispensed it or it should be written on the label, if they didn't call them and ask.
