I used to work in receiving/processing at a retail store. i remember watching the safety videos about the eye wash and our particular one mentioned you may feel sort of a chill, similar to like a menthol bengay feeling, in your eye but not exactly a burn. i have no idea if they make them all the same though. hope you're alright, this is an older post :/
