Most iguana enclosures are smaller than bedrooms so even the smallest humidifiers are usually up to the task...as long as the enclosure is fairly airtight.
I'm not sure an aquarium bubbler would suffice. It might if the enclosure was really airtight but they don't move nearly as much air as humidifiers.
