Hi,
My iguana is coming out of the end of mating season, and has become extremely aggressive and, it seems, territorial around his perch. He will do mini-charges across his perch when i am very close to his perch, or trying to bite if i reach to pet him while he is there. He only seems to have a problem with me, not my gf.
when he comes down from his perch, he will sometimes chase feet, but mostly he is pleasant and will let me pet him.
I have shortened his light period to 11 hours, and he does seem to be calmer, but still pretty grumpy at me, and i make a point of staying away while he is on his perch, which also seems to be calming him down (or at least, nobody is being bitten).
Any advice to help "snap him out" of this mood?
