I've decided to start freezing greens due to my dismay of smelling them after a few days. Is there anything in particualar to male them last by freezing them, like adding water or whatnot? I just want to make sure before I do, because I sent Jenny "grocery shopping," and I now have 4lbs odd collards, 3lbs (at least) of turnip greens and about 2 lbs of mustard greens
Also, any tips on how to make a butternut squash last? That's a big veggie for a 2lb iguana, and I've yet to finish one off before it went all "blach!"
